Originally from England, Christine is truly a citizen of the world and is intimately familiar with the struggles of finding the perfect place to call home. Married to a Naval Officer, Christine moved more than 9x until finally being able to call Ridgecrest home in 2012. Christine’s husband, Paul, has since retired from the Navy following his 28 years of service. Their daughter, Mikaela, also served our country as a Navy P-8A pilot. Their son, Joseph, is putting his business and economics degrees to good use as the broker of Dosen Real Estate.
Joseph and his wife, Sarah, serve as the powerhouse behind the scenes at Dosen Real Estate. Their vast market knowledge and strong desire to help others has allowed them to earn great respect and admiration throughout the Ridgecrest community. Joseph earned his broker's license in '22 after working as an agent in the industry for 8 years. Sarah received her real estate license in ‘18 and currently serves as the marketing & escrow lead.
When not immersed in real estate, the team is dedicated to giving back and contributing to the local community. They serve on several executive boards, ranging from the medical to the educational community. Most recently, Joseph was awarded the 2023 Realtor of the Year by the Ridgecrest Area Association of Realtors. He also successfully completed his term serving as the '23 President of the Ridgecrest Area Association of Realtors and will be back to serve again as the President for ‘25 to continue contributing his leadership efforts on a local and national level.
SOME OF OUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS - The most recent achievement includes the opening of the Dosen Real Estate brokerage and the expansion of services to also include property management. Since opening the doors in Jan. '23, Dosen Real Estate successfully became a top ranking brokerage & property manager in Ridgecrest. The Dosens have been ranked #1 for the # of total sales in Ridgecrest since '16 are on track to continue holding that record in '24. They also recently earned the nationally recognized Military Relocation Professional Certification. In 2019, Dosen Real Estate successfully sold the Village Retreat, which broke the record for the highest priced sale not only in Ridgecrest but throughout the entire Indian Wells Valley. While back with Coldwell Banker, the Dosens ranked #5 among the Top 10 Sales Associates in North America for total units sold out of 96,000 affiliated Coldwell Banker agents in '22. They were also bestowed with one of the most esteemed Coldwell Banker® honors, being named as 1 of the 40 qualified sales associates in the Coldwell Banker® system worldwide to earn exclusive membership in the Coldwell Banker® International Society of Excellence. The Dosens have also ranked in the top 0.065% of the 1.6 million total REALTORS® nationwide for the last 5 years in a row - REAL Trends America's Best Real Estate Professional Award - #3 in CA ('22), #5 ('21), #1 ('20) & #30 nationwide ('22), #39 ('21), #14 ('20).
