Joey has put business and economics degrees to great use during his last 10 years in the real estate industry during which he has has earned his broker's license and has facilitated over 1,500 real estate transactions. His experience and ability to facilitate successful real estate transactions has allowed him to develop the premier real estate transaction management company in Kern County, Dosen & Associates, as well as, open Dosen Real Estate. Joey's wife, Sarah, is also an active Realtor in the Ridgecrest community and a part of Dosen Real Estate team. Joey understands the importance of keeping relationships as the foundation of his career and has been able to maintain numerous respected connections throughout Kern County. His innate attention to detail and desire to help provide knowledge to others has allowed Joey to earn great respect and admiration throughout the community. He is highly committed to adapting to the ever-changing market conditions in order to provide excellence and ensure success in all of his endeavors. Joey is also dedicated to giving back to the community and helping others, evident in his commitment to several executive boards ranging from Housing Solutions for Hope Guild founding member (in benefit of Seattle Children's Hospital) to the Realtor's Association Educational & MLS Committees, as well as the Realtor's Association Board of Directors. He is also often called upon by the media as the foremost expert in residential real estate and has appeared on HGTV, as well as in countless print interviews. Most recently, Joey was appointed as the President of the Ridgecrest Area Association of Realtors President for 2023 where he will continue his leadership efforts on a local and national level.
